Shipping & Returns

A Special Note to our customers:

Thank you for being our customer. We appreciate your business and hope you love our handmade products. The following are some things to know and keep in mind:

All of our products are specially handmade, so therefore each item will not look exactly the same. Please expect something different for each product from time to time.

If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.

 

SHIPPING:

We are currently shipping to U.S. addresses at this time, so all shipping charges will be calculated for U.S. addresses only. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship USPS or UPS Ground which takes 2-8 business days from the time we ship. You also have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1 to 3 business days from the time we ship.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our business and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns unless you have received the product(s) damaged during shipment. We carefully inspect all of our products to ensure they are not damaged before they are shipped. 

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted immediately or within 3 days of delivery to helpme@manicsloth.biz.

If you have received the wrong order, please provide us with photographic proof of the order and email us immediately to helpme@manicsloth.biz

 

ALLERGIES/SENSITIVITIES:

We keep allergies and skin sensitivities in mind when making our handmade products. If you know you are allergic to or have sensitivities to any ingredient, please do not purchase those products. Since everyone’s skin and sensitivities are different, we make it the responsibility of the user to make sure that they are not allergic or sensitive to our products. For our soaps and personal care products, please ensure to test on a small part of your arm or skin for a couple of days prior to using it all over your body.
